- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While I am concerned waiting on blood test results for a time sensitive procedure. This doctor and her staff actually turned off the office phones on me. I called the lab myself & had the results in 5 minutes. They refused to call the lab for me. Thank goodness I had a past blood draw with the phone number on it.
